    SNACK (1 block):
    1/2 apple
    1/2oz beef jerky
    3 almonds

    LUNCH (2 blocks):
    1/2 apple
    salad mix
    3oz ground beef
    3 olives
    ranch

  2. amber - do you think it would be ok to do the following:
    3 block breakfast 8a
    3 block lunch 12p
    1 block snack 3p
    2 block dinner 5p
    1 block snack after wod 7:30p
    1 block snack when i get home from gym 9p-10p
    Instead of having a 3 block dinner and only 1 block snack, I've broken it down so I'm not starving when I get home from the gym since it's usually late?
